Compatibility: This product is only compatible with desktop computers and does not support laptops, mobile phones, or smart home devices such as Tmall Genie and Xiaoaischoolmate. Compatibility with these devices will be added in the next version.

Motherboard Requirements: The motherboard must support the power supply function during shutdown. This feature may not be available on some low-end or miscellaneous motherboards, particularly those in the H series.

Power Supply Options: Supports power through the PICE port and USB 9-pin power supply. ITX motherboards can utilize either power supply mode.

USB Connection: USB Type-A cannot be connected to a charging plug.

Charging Recommendations: Use a standard wire to connect to the computer's USB interface for charging. Fast charge heads are not supported; please use a standard charging head.
