Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Our refund and returns policy applies only if the item is received with a fault, damaged, or is significantly different to the description. To help us process your request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof, so we can best diagnose the problem and work on a solution for you. Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. This is because we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the order. If you contact us after it's been shipped, we are not able to recall the order.
