Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since the delivery of the product, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us at info@theanimesupply.com ASAP. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 to 48 business hours after receiving the order. If you contact us after it has been shipped, we are not able to recall the order. In this case, please return the item to get a full refund.

 

Change of Mind Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind about a product or service, you're not automatically entitled to a refund or exchange.

Procedure

3. After inspecting the condition of the item, we'll process a full refund or exchange the item for you. In case returned items are missing or damaged, we cannot process a return or refund. 

 

Free Return & Full Refund

Our free return and full refund policy applies only if the item is received with a fault, damaged, or significantly different from the description. To help us process your request, we may ask for photos or other documentary evidence as proof so we can best diagnose the problem and work on a solution for you. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
